Positive Outcomes from Challenging Situations – Session 3 – 4 February

Objective

To build individual confidence to take a proactive and controlled approach to resolve challenging situations positively.

• Confidence in achieving positive outcomes in challenging situations
• Avoiding reacting negatively to challenging situations or behaviour
• Controlling personal emotions, maintaining objectivity aiming for a win/win situation
• Using communication tools to control challenging situations.

Smarter Working & Commerciality – Session 4 – 4 March

Objective

To recognise the positive impact on customer experiences of adopting a commercial mindset whilst maintaining a social heart and purpose.

• Commerciality in a social housing world
• Adopting the principles of marginal gains
• An introduction to Lean principles
• Using smarter working principles to increase personal efficiency.

Leading Sustainable Change – Session 5 – 1 April

Objective

To adopt a systematic approach to change leading to high levels of colleague engagement and a sustainable impact.

• The power of communication, consultation and engagement.

All in-house sessions include a consultation to identify current leadership issues, to adapt the content for your organisation ensuring that values, language and strategic objectives are met.
