A trainee clinical psychologist, Dr Victoria Milner, at the University of Oxford is looking for staff members working face to face with people experiencing homelessness in the UK to take part in a brief online survey. Taking part will improve understanding of staff recognition of service user needs, with the aim to influence training and service provision.

The survey will ask you to read short descriptions of service users and state whether you think the service user has any additional mental health or neurodevelopmental needs. If you choose to take part, you will also be asked about your training and work experience and demographic questions such as age and gender.

All responses will be analysed anonymously. If you choose to take part and complete the survey, you will be reimbursed a £10 voucher.

A link for the main study will be sent to the email address you provide within 1-3 working days; it is important that you provide a workplace email address so we can confirm you meet our inclusion criteria and work face to face with people experiencing homelessness.

The study is part of a University of Oxford Doctorate in Clinical Psychology research project and is being conducted by Drs Victoria Milner (trainee clinical psychologist), Alasdair Churchard (Clinical Psychologist and Research Supervisor) and Georgia Lockwood Estrin (Research Supervisor).

If you have any questions, please do feel free to contact Victoria via email: [email protected] and she will be very happy to help.
