    We currently have a great opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our in-house People Team on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

    The Role

    As one of our People Business Partners, you will work in partnership with stakeholders to ensure that our business areas have the right people and skills in place to achieve our company objectives and make a positive difference within our communities.

    You will be responsible for delivering positive people related outcomes to achieve operational priorities and embedding the people planning activities that arise from the people plan within designated areas. In addition, you will provide high quality advice and support to stakeholders and support the People Advisors with complex employee relations cases.

    If you’re an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record of handling complex ER case work and have current experience as a People Business Partner in developing people towards high performance, we want to hear from you!
