Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as semi-skilled labourer where you’ll be working around Reading/ Bracknell/Slough and Windsor areas​​​​​​​.

You’ll join our busy frontline team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!

Main duties will include clearing properties of furniture, rubbish and trade waste, carrying out soft landscaping tasks and from time to time some more substantial works and assisting the trades team with maintenance repairs including, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work, roofing, Emergency repairs.

Full driving Licence is essential since you may be asked to carry out occasional jobs outside of your skillset to help the team achieve targets

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, using your excellent people skills.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential.

You’ll make sure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do – it’s our priority that they’re supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.  Remember, we don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want do things even better!

You won’t have to worry about providing your own kit – we’ll provide you with your uniform, a van and PPE you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You’ll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!
