I am currently carrying out some bench marking regarding charges relating to leaseholders .

Apart from service charges , what other charges do you levy leaseholders / solicitors.

For example , we charge :

£100 plus VAT for Completing a LPE1 (Leasehold Questionnaire),

£25.00 plus VAT for subsequent questions asked after sending the LPE1 ,

£30.00 plus VAT  Admin. fee for providing information in relation to a right to buy sale ,

£50.00 plus VAT Admin. fee for providing information in relation to a mortgage application

if anyone out there is willing to share what they charge, it would be greatly appreciated .
