We currently have a great opportunity for a Shared Ownership and Leasehold Officer to join our in-house Development team on a full time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As a Shared Ownership and Leasehold Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient, customer-focused management and income collection for our commercial portfolio, including Shared Ownership, Leasehold, IMR, Commercial, and Garage properties (excluding Market Rent).

You will be required to understand and interpret leases, provide advice and assistance to leaseholders and stakeholders as well as facilitating the processes for resale, staircasing, lease extensions, alterations, assignments and section 20 consultations.

Your role will also include maximising income through diligent monitoring of rent and service charge accounts and payment, ensuring adherence to our Income Management policy and procedures. In addition, you will ensure performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to Tenancy and leasehold management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and to monitor and report on that performance.
