The Housing Options team are responsible for assessing and managing cases in line with our statutory obligations and legislative requirements. We are looking for a leader to manage a small team who are responsible for delivering these functions and managing cases.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals who work to support vulnerable individuals and families in finding safe, secure, and affordable housing solutions.

You will be the driving force behind the success of our Housing Options team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of housing options and the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals and families. You should have experience in managing a team, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
