HQN and MRI Software will be running a virtual consultation, gathering the views of social housing residents to support the Resident Voice Index™.

The current project is all about understanding and tackling furniture poverty and the significant issues that residents can be confronted with when it comes to having no floor coverings when they move into their home. The focus group will discuss this and other significant furniture and flooring issues that residents might be facing – particularly as the cost of living continues to impact us all.

    Why do we need you Involved?

    MRI needs the input of engaged residents to ensure that the research themes capture crucial viewpoints of social housing residents. Your views help to shape the direction of the research and future survey themes in a representative and inclusive way.

    Participation in these consultations will be limited to those living in social housing and housing providers will not be in attendance.
