The Communications and Marketing Graduate role:  

We have a great opportunity for a Communications and Marketing Graduate to join our Communications team where you’ll deliver engaging content to internal and external audiences.

We’re looking for someone creative who has or is working towards a level 6 qualification, who can demonstrate our values and behaviours and a strong understanding of:

1. • Digital communication including website and social media
   • copywriting and writing for different audiences
   • creative content creation

Key duties and responsibilities of our Communications and Marketing Graduate: ·     

• • Update and maintain the website and social media channels
  • Build relationships and inspire others across the company by undertaking campaign projects to promote and support the work of different teams
  • Use the campaign planning framework to plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns
  • Prepare a variety of content, adapting style to reflect the audience (i.e., tenants, employees, senior managers)
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of recent developments in communications and marketing
  • Attend and represent Berneslai Homes at external networking events, sharing best practice and bringing fresh ideas back to the workplace.

Requirements

• • Possess or working towards a Level 6 qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability, motivation, and interest in digital marketing including social media
  • Creativity and the ability to generate ideas
  • Experience in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Office products or equivalent
  • Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritise, and be flexible
