A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of HR Manager based in Shrewsbury. 

This is a critical role in supporting the Directors and Senior Managers of the company.  You will be an integral part of the leadership team, working to strengthen individual and overall performance.

The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced HR professional with the enthusiasm for delivering a people and company focused service that will support positive outcomes for customers, colleagues and the company.  You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the HR function at STAR, in addition to developing and supporting managers.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about contributing to our company’s aims and objectives, whilst wanting to support others to bring out the best of themselves.   You’ll work in an environment that provides you with the opportunity to develop and enhance your existing skills.

The post holder will be required to attend meetings and events at other locations across the County, including Bridgnorth and Oswestry.
