    The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) recently published the Global Accounts 2022 report and dataset.  HQN has turned the dataset into a spreadsheet model that allows you to review the output for your organisation in the usual vertical presentation plus you can compare your figures with those of another RP and see the difference between the two sets of figures or combine them and see the resulting scale and capacity.

    In addition, the spreadsheet model generates ‘indicative’ 2021/22 VFM metrics.  The full 2022 VFM dataset will not be issued until February – and there are usually a few differences from the Global Accounts figures – but you may find these calculations useful until the final ones are published.

     

    The spreadsheet model was made available to Housing Finance Network members on 18 January 2023 and this event will explain the information contained in the Global Accounts 2022 and how to use the spreadsheet model.
