We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Services Manager who will be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality housing management service, ensuring customers’ needs are met and our strategic objectives are successfully delivered.

You will supervise a delivering housing management and tenancy enforcement services, and you will therefore have a high level of technical and professional competence in relation to the functions of the team.

You will lead, inspire and mentor the team, providing direction, advice and guidance to support service delivery.  You will pro-actively manage and coach the team, ensuring our services are delivered in line with tenancy conditions and where necessary are risk assessed. Using your drive, technical knowledge and proven ability to lead a team, you will ensure safeguarding risks are fully assessed and manage complex cases of tenancy breach in decisive manner.

You will have a practical approach to problem solving and be an effective multitasker with the proven ability in analysing statistics and producing reports.

You will have excellent communication skills with a proven history of coaching staff, with demonstrable people and performance management skills.
