The Residents’ Network is pleased to announce its latest best practice group.

Best practice groups are free to members and are a fantastic opportunity to hear about what’s happening in the sector and network with fellow housing professionals and residents.

The topic: Making best use of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) data.

This best practice group session is aimed helping tenants understand and then make best use of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) data to inform engagement and service improvement with landlords.

March 2024 will bring the first full year of the collection of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to a close and landlords will have until 30 June to submit their data.  The Regulator of Social Housing will be taking notice of this data and asking landlords how they plan to use it to help improve their services.

Come to find out how tenants can also use that data to inform tenant scrutiny topics and work with your landlord to get the improvements you want to see.

This session will be facilitated by Dr Eve Blezard and take place via zoom.

Why you should come to this best practice group:

  • Get a better understanding of what the TSM data can tell you
  • Find out what others are doing across the country
  • Discuss issues with other engaged residents
  • Learn from each other
  • Ask questions of an expert in the area
  • Get practical tips to take back to your fellow residents and resident engagement staff.

HQN’s specialist in resident engagement and tenant satisfaction data, Dr Eve Blezard will share case studies and examples from her work supporting tenant scrutiny panels across the country to highlight good practice and provide ideas on how you might want to use that data in your own engagement role.

She will also share good practice examples of how tenants and landlords working together can achieve some great results in resident satisfaction scores by really focusing on what matters to residents.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss issues with Eve directly and residents will also be encouraged to share their experiences of what their organisations are doing so we can all pick up new ideas from each other.
