• Job description

    We are looking for a Neighbourhood Delivery Manager – (1 post) to join our Neighbourhoods (Merseyside) team. This role is based as a Watson Building, 4 Renshaw Street, Liverpool – home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.

    In this role you will lead and manage a team, and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver housing management services to customers living in a defined geographical area. You will co-ordinate and commission service delivery to customers living in up to 10 neighbourhoods within the specified region, and collaborate with colleagues and integrate the neighbourhood service with the overall customer service, repairs and maintenance service and the overall asset management service in order to ensure customers receive a seamless service.

    The successful candidate will have experience of leading a team to high level performance, delivering high levels of customer service and of housing management regulations and their application in a broad range of specialisms.
