Could colleagues in Homelessness Services in Wales please tell us which Housing Management system they use please, if they can gather info from the system to report on the WHO12 to Welsh Government and if the systems they use have the functionality to manage homeless cases and can input and record TA addresses. We currently use spreadsheets.

Hi, we also use a spreadsheet. We have looked at Housing PRAH module which has been tailored for Wales Housing Act. Would be interested in finding our the results and maybe could be tabled at the next officers network via Simon Rose
