What we’re looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of your specialist area
  • A good understanding of the sector and sector benchmarking/norms/best practice – RPs, ALMOs and councils
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for service improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to write briefings, blogs and summaries of key issues for your expert area
  • Ability to think critically about what support the sector needs, looking at forthcoming legislation, policy and challenges, and plan and deliver best practice group discussions and content accordingly 
  • Ability to work in a flexible way – adopting a hands-on practical style.
