Starting on 1st April 2024, our Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader position is brand new and key role with a focus on leading and managing a team responsible for addressing anti-social behavior and ensuring tenancy compliance / breach of tenancies across our housing portfolio.

    Our Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader opportunity will be leading a team of 5 Co-ordinators and one Officer, working closely alongside our other Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader. Further responsibilities are listed below:

     

      • Identify and work with partners and key stakeholders, such as solicitors and the Courts, to develop new approaches and/or enhance existing ones
      • Provide support to victims of anti-social behaviour and provide support to witnesses throughout legal action including regular updates
      • Help to prepare all legal papers for approval by the Tenancy Enforcement Manager before submitting to Court
      • Monitor the teams workload to ensure that tasks are completed in line with policies and procedures

     

    This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to join our close-knit, supportive Tenancy Enforcement team with the ability to make a key difference in our Customers lives. The Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader role will be a hybrid position, contracted to 36.25 hours per week. To us, this means home-working with an expectation of some travel across our geography (Midlands / East of England) for team meetings and training, alongside attending court hearings, partnership meetings and home visits.
