    Do you have experience of delivering Grounds Service Contracts?

    Are you are interested in joining the Estate Contracts Team? If yes, you could now explore joining us on a 36.25hrs per week basis for a period of up to 6 months.

    We are currently interested in individuals who can help us manage our estates and contractors we are seeking an enthusiastic who can deliver consistently high levels of customer care within their designated region.

    This role will enable you to successfully deliver a variety of duties which will enable you to have a positive influence on the delivery of our ground’s maintenance and cleaning service contracts.  You will be covering various sites across Birmingham, Derby, Leicester and surrounding areas.

    With variety of work you will help achieve high service levels through carrying out audit inspections, liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with the work provided and escalating any concerns. In addition you will be able to assist in forecasting and budget control as well as gaining experience of working with asset databases logging complete works. To build further on the variety in this role you will also assist in carrying out environmental audits and projects, identify and log contract non-conformance and address where necessary.

    Ideally you will have a keen eye for detail, some prior contract management experience (or strong stakeholder engagement skills) and be an excellent communicator who can confidently use IT to collate performance information. While not essential some experience and knowledge of housing associations or working with suppliers would be desirable.

    This role currently attracts a non-contractual car allowance according to our Driving at Work Policy. This is currently set at £2,500 per annum FTE (pro rata to contract hours), however eligibility for the allowance and the rate of the allowance is reviewed annually and any changes will be notified to you.
