• Job description

    You will contribute to the overall smooth running of the Asset Management team by providing comprehensive, proactive and efficient administrative support whilst delivering a professional, customer-focused and high quality repairs management service.

    You will have experience in asset management administration including compliance and repairs and have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, prioritisation, organisational and I.T. skills including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other appropriate software packages to a high standard.

    WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider, our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing.
