    It’s an exciting time to join emh as we grow our Communities Team, with a focus on increasing our presence in the communities we serve.  In this new role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a large community-based team.

    Reporting to the Director of Communities & Customer Service and working alongside our existing Regional Head of Communities, you will lead an amazing group of colleagues to deliver excellent services to our customers, with an emphasis on doing the basics brilliantly.  Ideally you will have a strong background in housing and will enjoy the ever changing and challenging operating environment.

    You will lead, motivate, and develop colleagues to foster an inclusive culture aligned with the values and expectations of emh.

    Requirements

    Do you have a passion for excellence and experience of operating at a senior level, providing housing management services?  If so, we would love to hear from you. You will be dynamic, proactive and ready for a challenge as we empower colleagues through change.

    You will have a track record of leading teams to deliver excellent performance and in customer focused services. If you are an inspirational leader who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations to achieve great outcomes, this could be the job for you.
