    Salary:
    £35,528.85 per annum pro rata, plus Essential Car User allowance

     

    Location:
    Stafford / Shrewsbury with hybrid working

     

    Hours:
    30 hours per week, permanent (Monday to Friday, we’re flexible on the hours worked)

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly competent and motivated People Advisor to join our team, working alongside the Business Partners and Advisors.

    We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

    The role

    You will have a proven track record of providing Human Resources (HR) generalist advice, support and guidance in a fast paced environment, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

    You will be responsible for a full range of HR activity with a significant focus on employee relations, as well as supporting us in delivering our exciting People Strategy.

    What skills and experience we are looking for:

      • Be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 or equivalent experience
      • Be an experienced HR generalist with sound up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law
      • Have extensive experience in advising a range of stakeholders in a variety of employee relation matters.
      • Have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of using HR systems
      • Have excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to prioritise workloads
