    Join Our Dynamic Team as an Organisational Development (OD) Partner!

    Are you passionate about cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within a leading social housing provider?  Are you looking for an opportunity where you can create new learning programmes and embed a brand new LMS system?

    If so, we are seeking an experienced individual to drive our organisational and learning development initiatives to new heights.

    Offered on a temporary basis, up to 12 months covering maternity, this hybrid role will see you working from home, whilst also regularly travelling between our offices (Boston, Rushden, Peterborough) to engage with your stakeholders and customers understanding and supporting in the delivery of their learning requirements.

    As the cornerstone of our staff’s knowledge growth, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing OD and change management strategies. This role will include spearheading initiatives, and building excellent relationships with stakeholders that foster a high-performance culture, championing diversity, and promoting continuous learning.

    Your responsibilities will include:

      • Acting as the subject matter expert in organisational and learning development.
      • Embedding our brand new LMS system into the Group.
      • Designing and delivering OD strategies and interventions that propel our organisation towards excellence.
      • Identifying opportunities for performance enhancement through internal diagnosis and external research.
      • Developing a robust staff skills and knowledge database to maximise organisational talents.
      • Contributing to the development of our people strategy and associated action plans.

     

    What we’re looking for:

      • Subject matter expertise in Organisation Development.
      • Ability to convert learning needs analysis into 1–3 year programmes
      • Experience in evaluating learning interventions and measuring behaviour change.
      • Proficiency in designing and delivering learning and development programs.
      • Experience with workforce planning and closing skills gaps through OD solutions.
      • Sound business acumen, good budget management skills,  and the ability to track return on investment.
      • Experience managing an OD team and the apprenticeship levy.
