• Job description

    As Neighbourhood Partner, you will be the go to person and advocate for all customer service issues arising on your “patch”.  From home viewings and sign ups, to settling in visits and resident engagement, you will deal with all aspects of the customer journey, building relationships as you go and ensuring that every visit counts.

    This post is full time and permanent, working 37 hours per week

    Salary starts on £ 26,550 per annum increasing to £ 29,500 per annum following completion of the probationary period.

    Hybrid working applies to this post, with the expectation to work in the office in Kendal, for a minimum of four times per month.

    Requirements:

    Five GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English is essential including a commitment to continuous professional development (CPD). You must have a understanding of computer systems, with a working knowledge of word and excel.  It is essential you can work as part of a team, with effective communication skills, have good listening skills and can building and maintain good working relationships.
