    What you’ll be doing

    We are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support with the implementation and maintenance of a learning environment that compliments CHP’s corporate plan. This will be achieved through the design, development, delivery and evaluation of innovative and easy to understand training materials and blended training solutions which are aligned to CHP’s corporate objectives.

      • Work with all teams to identify learning requirements to ensure the consistent application of business processes, systems and services.
      • Work with subject matter experts and the Digital and Transformation teams to design and delivery technical systems training to employees.
      • Lead on and promote the delivery of our Learning and Development Framework of cyclical soft skills course, including designing, delivering and evaluating all courses.
      • Engage with employees to review career progression and development opportunities, supporting the development of top talent and providing coaching support and advice where applicable.
      • Facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all job roles and work with managers to ensure the workforce has the right skills to deliver our corporate strategy.

     

    What we’re looking for

      • Delivery experience both in the classroom and developing e-learning solutions with possible exposure to webinar facilitation
      • Experience of delivering / co ordinating corporate new starter induction training
      • Able to conduct the full learning cycle: learning needs analysis, design and develop, deliver, evaluate and conduct data analysis on return on investment
      • Experience in being able to translate subject matter expert knowledge into training programs through structured classroom, webinar and e-learning interventions
      • Ability to deliver technical inhouse bespoke programs including Microsoft suite skills ranging from intermediate to advanced levels
