    The Opportunity

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, proactive Independent Living Assessor to join our Older Persons Services Team which manages our Independent Living Schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and
    administration of an over 55’s housing scheme and to promote the independence, security and welfare of the residents.

    What Will You Do?

    We are looking for a strong team player, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude who works well under pressure. The post holder must also demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a focus on the needs of the customer and possess good verbal and written communication skills.

    You must also be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, with good organisational and problem-solving skills. Part of this role involves participating in our out of hours on call rota which incurs additional overtime payments.

    Minimum Requirements For This Role

    • 3 Grade GCSE’s 4-9 / A* – C or equivalent level of qualification(s)
    • Experience of working in Social Housing.

    Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is
    essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a BASIC DBS
    check.
