    Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new opportunity?

    We’re looking for someone who’s passionate in providing excellent customer service to the HR Business Partnering team where you’ll make sure an efficient and seamless service is delivered to the business.

    The HR Business Partnering team is a high performing and dynamic team spread across Abri’s entire geography working closely with the business in both a reactive, and proactive manner. No two days are the same!

    This is a twelve month fixed term where you’ll act as key point of contact for managers, and support with the early stages of employee relations cases, providing quality advice and support where appropriate. Using your excellent communications skills, you’ll be working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business providing day-to-day advice and identifying development/training needs.

    Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential, along with excellent administration, analytical, and organisational skills. Our aim is to keep making Abri a great place to work!
