    Who are we?

    ccha is an ambitious community based housing association working in Croydon, Sutton and Bromley. Our active development programme means we will soon have more than 1600 homes.
    We employ approximately 50 staff who are committed to delivering a high quality service to our residents and developing more homes within the community.

    Who we are looking for?

    A part time HR Administrator to support and become an integral part of our small Business Support Dept. The team work closely together to keep astride of the everchanging needs of the association, covering HR as well as customer service, office management, health and safety and equality, diversity and inclusion
    The role will offer right ri8ght candidate an exciting environment to thrive in and in return we require someone with an openness to learn, grow and be challenged.
    Efficiency, support, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in this busy role are key, with the ability to multitask, improver current systems and enjoy a variety of administrative duties. As the first point of contact to both staff and external customer sit is imperative that you have strong customer service skills.
    You will need some working knowledge of and experience of HR, but this could be from a previous HR role or exposure through a role managing or supervising staff. CIPD level 3 or working towards would be preferable, but most important of all a keen interest in HR.

    What can we offer?

    A flexible, hybrid role with an expectation of working in the office a minimum of one day per week (initially there will be an expectation to work further days each week to gain fact to face training, understand organisational culture and embed yourself into the role).

    How you work the 28hrs each week can be discussed but we would require the staff member to work every Friday. As we are a small team you will have the opportunity to be exposed to many aspects of HR including recruitment, training, employee relations, policy making and reward.
