    The Detail

    We are seeking a Housing Licensing Officer to join a well-established, multi-award winning, National charity!

    As a Housing Licensing Officer within The Big Help Project you’ll take a proactive approach dealing with all forms of licensing applications, especially HMO and Selective Licences, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll be aiming to provide an excellent service, ensuring that resource and policies are in place to ensure a smooth and effective procedures.

    Your Talents
    The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience in a Housing Licensing Officer role.
    You will have at least one year’s experience of all forms of licensing applications, especially HMO and Selective Licences along with Knowledge of the legal and policy framework relating to private sector housing Enforcement of housing legislation.
