    What you’ll be doing

    We are looking for a Head of Partnership and Project Delivery to lead the development and delivery of Customer Service projects, supporting the achievement of the Corporate Strategy priorities, by working with and influencing colleagues across CHP to effectively plan, deliver, and embed change and improvements, including systems, processes, and new initiatives.

      • Propose, initiate, set up, and launch cross-functional project teams to achieve Strategic Partnering and Customer Service strategic aims, motiving and influencing colleagues and partners and contributing to change programmes by collaborating with colleagues.
      • Create plans for each project, with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables which are understood by all involved, using CHP’s agreed project management toolkit, structures and documents.
      • Lead and co-ordinate project teams and working groups to deliver agreed outcomes
      • Initiate and build strong external relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure the effective delivery of valued partnerships
      • Ensure projects are structured and documented appropriately to ensure visibility, productivity, and accountability.

    What we’re looking for

      • Project Management Qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience or transferable skills.
      • Proven experience of working successfully in partnership with others, both internally and externally, with excellent relationship building and connection management skills
      • Project lead, management, and delivery experience, with high level of project initiation, planning, design, documentation, and implementation skills
      • Working in collaboration and partnership with others with an ability to influence, build rapport, and ensure success
      • Excellent planning and organisational skills and managing time and competing priorities
