    Head of Housing and Customer Service

    Salary Range: Up to £53,650 plus pay award pending.

    We have an exciting and challenging role available as Head of Housing & Customer Services.  This is a varied role which includes responsibility for our customer service team, housing officers, independent living coordinators and a customer voice officer.  The successful postholder ideally will have a strong background in housing management.  No two days are the same and due to us being a small, registered provider of social housing, you may get involved in things wider than your remit.   However, that is the exciting part! You will have the opportunity to work across teams, be part of our senior leadership team and deliver on our objectives.  Experience and knowledge must be complemented by a willingness to work in collaboration with your fellow heads of service on things that contribute to the wider organisational objectives.  Your inspirational leadership will be an asset to our team!

     

    We are looking for someone who:

      • Can juggle – (multi-tasking is your order of the day)
      • Knows their stuff (knowledge of housing management including a good working knowledge of anti-social behaviour is a pre-requisite for this role preferably in a social housing environment)
      • Has a social heart (a passion for supporting vulnerable customers is essential)
      • Is a go-getter (using your initiative and driving service improvements will get you added points!)
      • Can do yoga (or something similar) – (flexibility is key! First and foremost, our customers need you)
      • Can do more than talk the talk (we need you to walk the walk)
