    We have a great opportunity for an existing and/or aspiring governance professional to join us as our new Governance Coordinator. This is a twelve month fixed term where you’ll be part of our Governance Team, helping to support the effective running of our Board and committees.

    You’ll act as a representative of the team and an excellent communicator: confident, clear and assertive when necessary. Confident at using the Microsoft package including Word, Excel and SharePoint is beneficial, but most of all we hope you’ll be as passionate about excellence as we are.

    The team is dynamic, enthusiastic and work at a fast pace and have ambitions to be a sector leading Governance team. We’re highly empowered to deliver high standards of governance within the formal governance arrangements and within the wider organisation.

    No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for going the extra mile is very important.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that views governance as more than tick box, someone who wants to get under the skin of the organisation to ensure that good governance continues to flow throughout the organisation.

    We offer hybrid working so, when you’re not working from home, you’ll be able to be based out of either out Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).

    Interviews will be either via Microsoft Teams or at one of our offices.
