    Salary: £37,982 – £42,203 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)

We’re looking for a new External Contracts Manager to join our Property Care team for twelve month fixed term where you’ll be taking ownership of a variety of externally sourced contracts which could include kitchens, windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects in support of our objective of providing excellent service to our customers.

    With experience of the Housing Association environment, you’ll have a pivotal role in making sure works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations. With your excellent communications skills, you’ll build a strong relationships with our partner providers and the confidence to challenge and push change, and be at the forefront of driving improvement in the delivery of our services.

    Drawing on your experience, you’ll be able to;

      • Specify and schedule work requirements
      • Procure the work in line with all tendering, budgetary and contractual regulations including S20.
      • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and CDM
      • Ensure relevant customer engagement at all stages of the project

    With strong technical knowledge, you’ll also be taking on a variety of maintenance projects requiring more complex or specialist intervention.
