    What you’ll do

    Abri currently seeking an Employment Coach to join our employment services team. You will support our residents by working with them to assess their needs and develop bespoke support packages to improve their life chances, take greater control of their finances during a significant cost of living crisis & support to sustain their tenancies and enter training, education and/or employment.

    The successful candidate will have:

      • An NVQ Level 4 Information, Advice & Guidance Qualification or equivalent experience.
      • A willingness to demonstrate an appropriate level of competency in numeracy and literacy is essential.
      • You will have experience of providing Information, Advice & Guidance to customers.
      • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Confidence in working alone to deliver the service and good time management.
      • A can-do attitude.
      • Understanding of the barriers our customers face to secure employment.
      • A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle or public transport.
      • The ability to work flexibly and attend meetings out of hours.

     

    Your work base will be in Windsor but you will deliver the service in Windsor, Slough & Reading in a variety of locations and work in partnership with external organisations. However, there is an element of agile working and the successful candidate must have the ability to attend support meetings in the Berkshire area as listed above. Enthusiasm, passion and drive are all key to the success of delivering this role.

    Interviews will be held on 30 June 2023 via Microsoft Teams.
