    Salary: £42,500 (Full Time Equivalent based on 37 hours) per annum, pro rata (Plus
    *Casual User Mileage Allowance)

    The Opportunity

    Weaver Vale Housing Trust has an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to
    develop their career with a great company. We are looking for a driven, diligent, and friendly Customer Voice Team Leader (Complaints) to join our Customer Experience.

    What Will You Do?

    • Assist the leadership team to resolve issues and promote shared learning, leading to
      service improvements and a positive complaints culture at the Trust
    • To ensure all complaints received by the Trust are recorded effectively and promptly
      in accordance with the timescales set out in the Complaints Policy and Housing
      Ombudsman Complaints Handling Code
    • To ensure the Trust meets its statutory obligations in handling complaints and that
      the Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code and associated consumer
      regulations are adhered to.

     

    Minimum Requirements For This Role

    • 4 Grade GCSE 4-9 / A* – C (Math’s and English) or equivalent level of qualification(s)
    • Proven background of working in a complaint’s investigation team/environment in a
      similar role including working directly with customer
    • Knowledge of working within a regulated sector, and working within the guidelines of
      both regulatory standards and Ombudsman code of practice.

     

    The role will require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check. In line with the Trust’s Disclosure & Barring Policy, please confirm WITHIN YOUR APPLICATION if you have any current convictions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act
    1974. Applicants will be subject to a DBS check.

    Additionally, due to the flexible working arrangements with this role, you will need access to a room where you can work from and a suitable internet connection.
