    Something exciting is building at CCHA. We’re looking for a passionate and customer focused individual to join us as Customer Involvement Co-ordinator. The role has been designed to help us to actively engage with our customers, listen and ensure they are at the heart of continuously improving and developing our services.

    Our new Customer Involvement Co-ordinator will be the lead for developing and overseeing a range of innovative and accessible ways for customers to have a voice and influence the way in which we deliver our services.

    We are looking for someone with passion and drive, and a real excitement about working with our customers and colleagues, improving our services and ensuring our tenants receive first class customer experience.

    You will build effective relationships with managers and key staff from across the organisation to provide advice, guidance and expertise and promote the importance of involving and listening to our tenants.

    As well as facilitating focus groups, meetings, events and conferences you will also lead on the development and delivery of digital services to improve accessibility of CCHA services.
