    About the role:

    We are looking for our next Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team and efficiently schedule repairs and servicing appointments whilst providing administrative support to our Gas and Electrical teams.

    Your daily tasks will range from managing engineer’s diaries, liaising with customers regarding their appointments, coordinating the gas certificate process and producing progress reports on our teams.

    You will be the point of contact for your colleagues and customers and handle queries promptly and to timescales.

    About you:

    You will have great experience in customer service and dealing with members of the public.

    You will have proven experience in a similar role and have excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

    An experience with databases and strong verbal and written communication are needed.

    What do you need to do the role?

      • Demonstrate how you have ensured customers repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard.
      • Experience of working with databases and Microsoft Excel.*
      • You will need to understand a variety of systems and be able to understand and produce data to support compliance monitoring and measure Alliances performance against external benchmarks.
      • High level of customer care skills.*
      • Excellent telephone manner.
      • Experience in all areas of an administration role.
      • Experience in dealing with members of the public.
      • Strong verbal, written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
      • Able to work confidently and collaboratively with colleagues with energy and enthusiasm.
      • Personal values that align with Alliance’s values and that demonstrates a genuine empathy with the purpose of housing associations and care providers and their customers.

     

    It would be great if you also had:

      • Experience of work planning/scheduling processes and requirements.
      • High level IT literacy and keen adopter of digital technology and flexible working methods.
      • Good understanding and operational experience of the responsibilities of this role.
      • Strong business skills, integrity and personal values.
      • Good influencing and negotiating skills.
