    The Business Transformation and Change Team, are seeking a forward thinking, skilled System Architect to join our team, to lead on the design and implementation of system and process changes across our existing Housing Management System and Service offer, allowing service transformation, compliance and an enhanced tenant experience to emerge.

    You will be joining a team that has recently won “team of the year” but your role will operate as part of a business partnering model, operating across our Housing Services to connect and collaborate to deliver better outcomes for our residents.

    As a system architect, working collaboratively with our Housing services teams, you will develop key relationships that allow you to understand what our challenges and aspirations are linked to our current Housing Management system. This work will allow you to develop and implement an ICT improvement roadmap with our partners, that will deliver new ways of working to emerge that improve performance, enhance the customer experience and deliver the requirements outlined within the Housing Regulatory Framework.

    If you have the following skills and expertise, then we would love to hear from you:

      • Experience of developing and implementing new systems and processes to emerge across a Housing Management system, aligned to delivering the Housing Regulatory Standards.
      • Experience of leading on all service requirements linked to developing and implementing new models of delivery that are digital by design and connected across multiple eco-systems, to ensure customer flow is effective and efficient
      • Experience of developing and dealing with system architecture and design challenges for different parts of the Housing service and across the organisation, enabling a system to be designed and developed that is connected and delivers business benefits.
      • Experience of leading on all ICT strategic discussions linked to the development and implementation of a robust housing management system that is connected to other systems that exist across the organisation, including customer services and finance
      • Experience of developing and implementing the QL Housing Management System, ensuring it is designed and built to deliver the regulatory requirements linked to customer data and customer flow across the IT infrastructure
