Job description
Your role will be to act as the named responsible person for the company under the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2012. You will manage and co-ordinate asbestos surveys, plans and registers to ensure that our asbestos database information is kept up to date, and liaise as appropriate with our partners, contractors and other external bodies on asbestos related matters.
You will also have a background of working in a similar role of managing asbestos within a domestic and non-domestic situation as well as a sound understanding of the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2012 preferably within the Social Housing Sector.
