    Salary:£26,744 per annum

    Location: Wythenshawe (M22)

    Hours of work:39 per week

    We are recruiting for a new colleague to join the team!

    Due to continual internal progression, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our property support team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group and assist in providing a fully comprehensive administrative support service.

     

    Your Main Duties will Include

      • Proactively reporting and managing maintenance and repairs requirements for the Property Repairs team.
      • Ordering H&S supplies and equipment.
      • Ordering and management of stationery orders, storage, allocation for Wythenshawe House.
      • Ensuring correct room set up for booked meetings (Board Room, Meeting Rooms, Collaboration zone etc) and that furniture/chairs are in correct rooms/zones.
      • Dealing with carparking issues (use of disabled bays etc).
      • Management and stocking of first aid boxes and supplies.
      • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
      • Booking colleagues onto H&S courses, maintaining and updating H&S training records.
      • General office administration duties.

     

    In order to undertake this role successfully, you will need the following key skills, knowledge & experience;

     

      • Experience of co-ordinating administrative systems.
      • Effective numeracy, literacy, word processing and spreadsheet skills.
      • An ability to achieve a good level of customer care.
      • Sound knowledge of filing and all other office systems.
