    What you’ll do

    We’re excited to be looking for an HR Coordinator to work closely with our HR Business Partnering team, who support all areas of our business in making sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you! This is a 12 month Fixed term role.

    You’ll provide statistical information for all areas of the business to support the Business Partners in their roles, undertaking investigation in queries raised and being responsible for the accurate filing of digital records. There will be the requirement to take notes at formal meetings and you will be involved in the discussion and review of complex information and data.

    Customers remain at the core of everything we do at Abri and you will work with the HR Business Partners in supporting the business areas in achieving their goals and objectives. We don’t just want to do things the way they’ve always been done, we want do things even better!

    No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll be working across our geography.

    ​​​​​​​We proudly offer hybrid working so, when you’re not working from home, you’ll be able to be based out of either out Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN).

    You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with managers and supervisors at all levels across the business, be self motivated, whilst multi tasking with demands from several HR Business Partners. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the work you complete is accurate and is compliant with the our HR policies and procedures.
