There are challenging times ahead. The cost-of-living crisis will put tenants under unprecedented financial pressures. Income teams need to act now to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest changes and practise on rent arrears and possession proceedings. Any action taken must be shown to be both “reasonable” and “proportionate”.

During this interactive training delegates will work on real life case studies providing an engaging and effective learning experience. They will leave feeling more empowered and confident in their understanding of rent arrears and possession proceedings and attending court.

This course is designed especially for staff who take, are involved in or need to know about rent/income possession action and all the practical steps involved. It is ideal as a refresher and for staff new in post.
