One of the key Tenant Satisfaction Measures landlords must report on from April is how satisfied tenants are that their landlord makes a positive contribution to where they live.

Well-maintained neighbourhoods, green spaces, and communal areas are the foundation of delivering on this. Tenants are demanding more from their landlords, they want to see how their service charges are being spent, and to have their concerns listened to and acted on.

Is your team ready to report to tenants and the Regulator of Social Housing on your performance? Are you ready to work side by side with tenants to create neighbourhoods to be proud of?

This year’s Estate Services Annual Conference will help you prepare with sessions covering:

    • Having the right technology in place to measure your performance and report accurate data to tenants and the Regulator
    • Best practice around listening to tenants and responding to their priorities in their communities
    • Operating in ways that support targets to tackle climate change and the Biodiversity Net Gain regulations.

Book your place now and join us at the Estate Services Annual Conference to help ensure your team feels prepared and in the driving seat for the challenges ahead.
