This will be facilitated by our director Chloe Fletcher.
Sue Beasor will be giving her Welfare update.
Tony Newman will be coming to discuss both of his toolkits – Income Management and Former Tenant Arrears toolkit that will be launched in time for this Best practice group.
Finally, we will have our guest speakers Rachel Slaw and Nick Hough from Settle Group to discuss their journey on Universal Credit Automation, including discussing:
- Why they moved to Automation
- How it was set up
- The benefits and the challenges.
For this Best practice group, please feel free to bring someone from your IT team as Nick will be able to answer any technical questions in regard to their journey.
Best practice groups are free to members and are a fantastic opportunity to hear about what’s happening in the sector and network with fellow housing professionals.
Why you should come to the best practice group:
- Great way to find out what others are doing
- Good, honest and open discussions
- Sharing best practice and ideas with others in similar roles
- Acts as a sense-check about what people are doing or thinking of doing.
