Tenancy Sustainment Officer
Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent
Salary: £30,240.92 per annum + £3,500.00 per annum Car Allowance
Location: Pathfinder House, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Playing a vital role in Muir’s Housing Management Team, you will be based within the East Team and will be responsible for providing an intensive tenancy sustainment service to a specified number of schemes across the East Region. Using a triage approach to case management, you will work with residents to understand any support requirements, take responsive action and improve sustainability across the schemes.

We are looking for a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual, who would welcome the opportunity to have a direct impact on improving tenancy sustainment across the regional housing teams.

You will be customer-focused, innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to promote tenancy sustainability and deliver excellent customer service in a challenging environment.
