Stevenage Borough Council are looking for full-time Street Cleansing Operatives to join our hard-working teams keeping the town a litter free and clean environment to live.
Dedicated, flexible and with a can-do attitude you will work as part of a team keeping Stevenage’s town centre, old town and residential areas clean and tidy in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act (EPA).
The prime purpose of the post is to carry out duties include litter picking, mechanical and manual sweeping, emptying litter bins, fly tip removal and various other street cleansing tasks.
Street Cleansing experience is desirable and the possession of a current, full, clean driving license is essential.

- Pay: £17,972 - £18,870 Annually
