Job Description

As part of a continued focus on developing and shaping our customer services and supporting our wider operational teams, we are looking for Senior Information Systems Analyst (1 post) to join our ICT team.

Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you will deliver new functionality and carry out upgrades to existing solutions, which will continually develop and improve the effectiveness and quality of service provided to other business areas and to continually build on operational relationships and operational understand. You will deliver face to face and remote technical support to colleagues, and contribute towards documentation of processes. Working as part of wider ICT team, you will act as mentor to the 01st & 02nd Line support, sharing expertise and knowledge.

Candidate Requirements

It is essential you have an understanding of the environments and practices of the Housing sector, working effectively as a team to ensure you deliver against the agreed performance targets. It is essential you can problem solve to diagnose problems and identify and implement solutions. You must be able to communicate at all levels, developing positive relationships with our customers.
