Estuary Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Officer to join our New Business & Development team.
To support the Sales & Marketing Manager in establishing and operating effective sales and marketing initiatives within Estuary and ensuring the timely marketing and promotion of properties for sale or rental. In order to achieve this, the post-holder will be required to liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts, developing strong relationships at all levels. Other duties will include the collation and production of performance data, producing marketing material and identifying and implementing new processes and procedures to improve the service provided to customers.
The successful candidate will have experience within the social housing sector, demonstrating knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law, along with proven abilities within sales management and marketing. You will be a highly organised administrator with excellent co-ordination skills. A good level of computer literacy, along with strong numeric skills and the ability to monitor budgets are essential for this role. You should be a confident communicator with good written and oral presentation skills and a commitment to customer service.
Please note that access to a car and a full UK driving licence are essential for this role. You will be required to travel within the region and attend meetings and events outside office hours when required.
