Job Description

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group are advertising an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Assistant role, within the Garden City Homes (GCH) team. This role will provide and deliver an efficient and effective customer service to all GCH customers.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Full Time, 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivering the RTA/RTB administration process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Experience of effectively dealing with customer enquires on the phone, face to face and via email/social media to offer advice.
Responding to all enquiries from tenants, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.

The successful candidate will have strong IT and systems skills, a professional approach together with the ability to work effectively within a team and to deliver high levels of customer services. A strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines is required for this role.
