Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced research & insight analyst to join our team in Portsmouth! This is a full time, fixed term role (contracted for up to 12 months), working 37 hours per week.

As a research & insight analyst, you’ll work hard to support the business in understanding our customers’ current and future needs & expectations. This’ll involve coordinating surveys and research projects, analysing feedback to inform improvement plans, profiling customers. And working with other teams throughout the business to make predictions in customer behaviour & the demand on our services.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have good knowledge and experience of carrying out and analysing customer satisfaction surveys. Together with an understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies & statistical analysis techniques. You’ll also have strong numerical and IT skills and confident in the use of Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.

  • Pay: £32,619 depending on experience Annually
