The Detail

As a Repairs and Maintenance Team Manager within Sovini Property Services you’ll take a proactive approach to Management and Development of employees within the company, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are met. You’ll be aiming to motivate your team to provide an effective and smooth service to our customers. It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will also be rewarding. Your flexible can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. It’ll also set you on the right track for a rewarding career with us.

The successful candidate will have a relevant Management qualification at Level 3 or above.
